1. Terms of Service
Welcome to A Picture+ ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our website, streaming services, ticketing system, or content catalogue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess the guidance and consent of a parent or legal guardian to create an account.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password, authentication sessions). You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
- Content Licence: All content, including original cinematic titles ("Aanch : Ek Chauhanama", "Code Name Rakshak"), posters, graphics, and video files, are the exclusive intellectual property of A Picture Studio and its licensors. Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial streaming only. Unauthorized recording, downloading, redistribution, or circumvention of playback controls is strictly prohibited.
- Screening & Ticket Usage: Nightly shared screenings run during the scheduled window and are free for registered accounts. On-demand title tickets are credited to your account upon verified payment order completion. Each on-demand playback session consumes one ticket; repeated requests for the same title within 30 minutes count as a single session.
2. Privacy Policy & Cookie Disclosures
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
- Information Collected: Name, email address, Firebase authentication identifiers (UID), ticket transactions, watch history, and watch progress.
- Use of Information: Account provisioning, content recommendations, watch progress resumption, customer support, and fraud prevention.
- Cookies & Local Storage: We use browser LocalStorage and essential session tokens strictly necessary for maintaining your authentication state, watch progress, and volume settings. No third-party behavioral advertising trackers are utilized.
- Data Retention & Deletion: Your account data is retained for the active life of your account. You may request account deletion and erasure of your viewing history at any time by contacting our support desk.
3. Content Classification (Indian OTT Ethics Code)
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, A Picture+ classifies all titles according to age appropriateness, themes, and content descriptors:
- U Universal: Suitable for all audiences.
- U/A 7+ Universal Adult 7+: Suitable for viewers aged 7 and above; parental guidance recommended for young children.
- U/A 13+ Universal Adult 13+: Content contains mature themes, mild stylized violence, or suspense ("Code Name Rakshak"). Suitable for viewers aged 13 and above.
- U/A 16+ Universal Adult 16+: Content contains intense drama, emotional conflicts, or mature situations ("Aanch : Ek Chauhanama"). Parental guidance strongly recommended for viewers under 16.
- A Adult: Restricted to adult viewers aged 18 and older.
4. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Under Rule 11 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, A Picture+ has instituted a dedicated grievance redressal mechanism for content-related concerns.
